PARKING: Great news, free street parking is easily available, but SABI Studio is also located 1 block away from a free parking garage on Station Street that leads directly to our back entrance.
METRA: SABI Studio is a 5 minute walk from the Barrington Metra station.
cancellation/lateness policies
At SABI Studio, we provide the highest level of personalized service for all of our clients. When you book your appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you and your beauty needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request you do so 48 hours in advance so that the esthetician may have the opportunity to schedule another client.
Microblading/PMU Cancellations
A $100 non refundable deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. The remainder of your balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
All appointments and booking fee deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
Reschedules made within 2 full business days’ of the appointment will lose their booking deposit. An additional $100 deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. Only 1 reschedule is permitted.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged to any client who does not give 2 full business days’ notice before missing their appointment.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the service will be charged to any client who cancels on the day of, or does not show up to their appointment.
Please note that if you book a new client appointment and decide not to go through with it, you will still be charged the full amount of the service. If you are hesitant, please consider booking a 30 minute consultation instead so that our artists can plan their time accordingly.

Lash/ Aesthetic Cancellations
A cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged to any client who does not give 1 full business day’s notice before missing their appointment.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the service will be charged to any client who cancels on the day of, or does not show up to their appointment.
Cancellations and reschedules must be made during business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm Friday-Sunday). Attempts to call or reschedule appointments after hours will be considered a same day cancellation and will be subject to being charged 100% of the service fee.

Lateness
Please be respectful of the artist's time. While plenty of time is allotted for your appointment, we don't like rushing perfection or cutting into other guest's appointment time. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment are at risk of forfeiting their appointment and paying the full amount of the service. If you are running late, please call the studio at 224.655.2295.
Please understand that our artist’s time is very valuable, and we appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you!
Artist Upgrades
Please note that if you book your original microblading appointment with a Junior Artist and would like to switch to a Senior or Master Artist for your yearly touchup appointment, there will be an additional charge of $100-200.
If you book your appointment with a Senior Artist and would like to switch to the Master Artist for your yearly touchup, there will be additional charge of $100.
Children
Due to the quiet nature of our spa services, unfortunately babies and small children are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
